With deep expertise in financial crime prevention, regulatory frameworks and enterprise-wide compliance programs, Jamie drives strategic risk mitigation and ensures robust adherence to evolving global regulatory standards.
Simon Walker
Founder & Managing Partner, Skyewalker Law and English Solicitor
Simon Walker is the owner of SkyeWalker Law and has lived and worked in the in the UAE for 14 years, the past 18 months of which has been in Ras Al Khaimah. He has worked as a business lawyer in the City of London, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and now RAK. Simon has been an English Solicitor since 1989. His particular expertise is acting on the buying and selling of companies and businesses (M&A) and joint ventures, as well as commercial arrangements of all varieties. He has been a partner in global top 50 law firms and head of legal in substantial Dubai businesses.
