The Workplace Conversation We Can’t Afford to Ignore

Menopause is more than a personal health journey- it can influence employee wellbeing, confidence, performance, absenteeism, retention and workplace culture. Yet it’s a conversation many organisations still avoid.

Join us for an insightful and practical session designed for women, men, managers, HR professionals and business owners.

Together, we’ll explore how greater awareness of menopause and hormonal health can help create healthier employees, stronger teams, more effective leaders and more inclusive workplaces.

Discover practical strategies to better support your workforce, reduce stigma, retain experienced talent and build a workplace where people – and businesses-can thrive.

Whether you’re experiencing menopause yourself, supporting a colleague or loved one or leading a team, you’ll leave with valuable insights and practical tools to make a meaningful difference.

Because when people thrive, businesses thrive.
